Lawsuit accuses Disney apps of spying on kids

The Walt Disney Company has been hit with a lawsuit that claims more than 40 of its smartphone apps have been spying on children. The suit, which has requested Class Action status, states that Disney is violating an online law designed to protect children’s privacy online. Disney’s smartphone apps are very popular; one particular title, “Where’s My Water? 2,” has been downloaded between 100 million and 500 million times.
