A Divided Turkey Celebrates Failed Coup

To mark the one-year anniversary of Turkey’s failed coup attempt, President Erdogan’s government is rolling out elaborate festivities. But many Turks believe the government is using the coup as a pretext for scaling back liberties. The WSJ’s Tanya Rivero reports.
